Project Overview
This five-star luxury resort and spa spans over 250,000 square feet and includes premium guest accommodations, wellness centers, fine dining venues, and event spaces. Our scope covered the complete MEP and fire protection system design, ensuring seamless functionality while preserving the project’s architectural sophistication.
The Challenge
Delivering complex MEP systems in a hospitality environment required precision to support spa amenities, commercial kitchens, pools, and smart room features—all without disrupting the guest experience. The project also demanded strict adherence to energy efficiency and luxury design standards.
Our Solution
We created detailed, fully coordinated BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
